At Davis+Gilbert it’s not just about the law – it’s about community. We are defined and sustained by our relationships with our colleagues and our clients, many of whom we are fortunate to consider friends.
Community drives how we choose and support colleagues. We select professionals with exceptional credentials and track records; people we also genuinely like to be around. Here talent rises and good ideas win. Our people grow unencumbered by the rigid hierarchies of larger firms and enjoy early opportunity, client contact and hands-on experience.
Dropping by a colleague’s office to brainstorm a client issue, packing holiday gifts for disadvantaged children — everything we do will always be a team effort. The past few years have seen great change, but we fostered our community spirit even while completely remote through virtual training, outreach and social events.
This is a vibrant place where people create their own paths and can adapt to choices and changes along the way. Everyone who comes to Davis+Gilbert should feel they have found a place to build a career; a firm where they can both succeed as a professional and grow as a person.
When I joined Davis+Gilbert in 1995, we were 34 lawyers focused on serving the advertising and marketing industries. Today, we have quadrupled in size and added clients in real estate, retail, financial services, technology and more. We prove every day that experience, collaboration and hard work give us — and our clients — a competitive advantage.
One thing that hasn’t changed is our sense of community, of working together toward shared goals and having fun doing it. And that core value will continue to make us stronger and better, no matter what changes come our way.
