Gary Kibel, Davis+Gilbert Privacy + Data Security partner, will speak on a panel entitled “Vendor Contracting: Preparing for CCPA Changes in Effect January 1st & Other Related Issues.” California requires contracts to anyone you give, sell or share personal information, whether they are service providers, contractors, or any other type of third-party. This session will discuss and explain the requirements under California law and how you might incorporate other laws as well as best practices.
