Gary A. Kibel, Davis & Gilbert Digital Media, Technology & Privacy partner, is the Program Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Privacy & Data Security Law program and will speak during a webinar session titled “Hot Topics in Privacy & Data Security Law” to be held on April 24.
