Session Overviews
The Overlooked Clauses—The Boilerplate Advertisers Need to Have on Their Radars (11:50 am ET) will challenge advertising lawyers to rethink boilerplate and carefully consider potential repercussions for clients.
AI and Advertising (1:50 pm ET) will guide attendees in identifying AI issues involved in content creation, while also outlining best practices for using AI-generated music and/or images, safeguarding against the use of AI in political advertising and advising on the recent laws, regulations and cases that are or will shape the AI legal landscape.
The Kitchen Sink: Recurring Issues in Advertising Law (2:55 pm ET) will cover the legal issues that crop up regularly in every advertising lawyer’s practice, as well as recent developments that are impacting the approach to managing these issues on a day-to-day basis.
Ethics for Advertising Lawyers (4:10 pm ET) will equip attendees with best practices to avoid ethical pitfalls by using real-world hypotheticals, spot ethical issues before they become problems and deftly handle other more nuanced ethical considerations in the industry.
