On September 9, Davis+Gilbert Litigation + Dispute Resolution co-chair Neal Klausner and Davis+Gilbert Litigation + Dispute Resolution partner Marc Rachman will speak during the New York City Bar Association’s webinar program “Navigating the Law of Trade Secrets” during a session titled “Trade Secrets Claims at the Pleading Stage.”

Session Overview

This session will discuss the pleading requirements for identifying trade secrets and alleging a claim for misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as strategies for moving to dismiss trade secret claims.
