On April 26, Gary Kibel, Davis+Gilbert Privacy + Data Security partner, will speak at a session titled at “GDPR Is Coming – Are Search Marketers Ready?” and at a roundtable titled “Preparing for GDPR” at MediaPost’s Search Insider Summit taking place in Captiva, Florida.
At the Spring edition of the Search Insider Summit, attendees will learn best practices and new tools for improving and customizing the consumer experience when creating image-based product listing ads; scaling search campaigns on niche search engines, social or retail websites; integrating search with video and television ads; and more.
Gary’s sessions will focus on the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the most significant change to consumer privacy laws in decades that goes into effect in just one month. The sessions will breakdown the standards for data collection and use in the EU, which will significantly differ from those in the United States, and discuss methods for compliance going forward.
