Louis DiLorenzo, Partner, Advertising + Marketing
Taking a multidisciplinary approach, Louis provides guidance on the full scope of legal and practical issues encountered in the creation and dissemination of advertising, with a particular focus on false advertising issues. He frequently advises brands, agencies, and publishers on the unique regulatory issues within highly regulated industries, including alcohol, cannabis, CBD, and sports betting. He holds a B.Mus. from New York University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Matt Hanley, Partner, Corporate + Transactions
Matt helps advertising holding companies and private companies of all sizes navigate acquisitions, sales and other related corporate matters. Matt thrives in large-scale, fast-paced transactions while providing practical, solution-oriented advice to his clients. He holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from New York University Law School.
Jessica Schissel, Partner, Real Estate
Jessica guides clients through the close of real estate transactions involving office and retail leases, acquisitions and property dispositions. Jessica focuses on crafting agreements, placing an emphasis on securing fair terms that protect client interests while meeting their timelines and business requirements. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Lindsay Waiser, Partner, Corporate + Transactions
Lindsay helps companies identify solutions to navigate complex mergers, acquisitions, and buyouts, and execute the business agreements shaping the future of their operations. She represents clients in a wide range of industries including marketing and public relations firms, to restaurateurs and property owners in the hospitality industry. She holds a B.B.A from Emory University and a J.D. from New York Law School.
David Greenberg, Counsel, Litigation + Dispute Resolution
Within David’s varied litigation practice, he defends retailers and media companies against class action cases alleging consumer fraud and deceptive marketing practices. He also defends and prosecutes false advertising and unfair competition claims and represents commercial and retail tenants in leasing disputes with their landlords. He holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
William Szanzer, Counsel, Benefits + Compensation
Will helps businesses ranging from startups and large public companies establish and maintain competitive employee benefits plans, ensuring their retirement and health and welfare packages fit within their organizational culture and remain in compliance with applicable laws.
