Ronald R. Urbach, chairman of Davis+Gilbert and co-chair of the firm’s Advertising + Marketing Practice Group, will speak during a session titled “Tweeting with Words” with Carla Michelotti, president of Carla Michelotti LLC, and Cassidy Sehgal, vice president, digital and advertising counsel at L’Oréal USA. The panel will kick off the conference with a fast-paced exchange answering conference attendee’s live tweets – 140 characters or less – in 140 seconds or less. They will discuss the new administration, the FTC, FCC, NAAG, SAG-AFTRA, data security, piracy, bots, technology, measurement, viewability, metrics, and media transparency.
In addition, Joseph Lewczak, Davis+Gilbert Advertising + Marketing Partner, will speak during a session titled “The Social Media War Room” with Amy Heiss, director of social media activation and Ryan Garcia, legal director at Dell Inc. In this panel experts will discuss Dell’s social media policy, specifically how they determined their rules for employee disclosure in social media, their employee advocacy training program, and most importantly, best practices and lessons learned as they launch their efforts to encourage employees to post about Dell’s products and services on social media.
