Gregg Gilman, Davis+Gilbert Labor + Employment co-chair, will speak at two sessions during the 2022 National HR in Hospitality Conference & Expo, taking place in Miami Beach, FL on June 14-16.
Gregg’s sessions are as follows:
- “50 Legal Tips in 50 Minutes” will focus on practical tips for HR professionals on critical employment and labor law issues, including class actions, wage and hour compliance, gender bias and harassment, social media, wrongful termination, joint-employer, and more.
- “What Issues are of Interest to the Plaintiff’s Bar” will focus on the prediction from seasoned plaintiffs’ and employers’ lawyers on the future of hospitality employment law and how lawyers will pursue these issues.
