Brad J. Schwartzberg is co-chair of the Corporate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. He is involved in all aspects of the firm's general corporate practice, focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general commercial matters.  His general corporate practice involves negotiating and advising clients in connection with acquisition agreements and divestitures (both public and private), joint ventures, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, commercial financings, debt and equity investments, as well as providing counsel on daily corporate matters.

Mr. Schwartzberg has represented a number of major advertising, public relations, marketing and communications companies, in transactions involving the purchase and sale of both assets and stock, domestically and abroad.  In addition, he has significant experience in representing European, Latin American and Asian clients and possesses strong Japanese language skills and earned a Masters degree in Japanese from Sophia University in Japan.

Mr. Schwartzberg was recognized by The Legal 500 U.S. in 2013 and 2014 in the area of mergers, acquisitions and buyouts – M&A: middle market (sub-$500m).
