Brooke Erdos Singer, Davis+Gilbert Advertising + Marketing partner, will speak during a session titled “Navigating Commercial Brand Deals & Protecting Your Own Brand” at an XRC Labs program to be held in New York on February 15.

Session Overview

As an emerging company, commercial deals with brands or partners are a key proposition for both recurring revenue and to get traction to be able to fundraise. This session covers key issues in negotiating commercial agreements with brands including key terms in pilot arrangements, protecting IP/technology, revenue streams, data ownership, monetization of data, privacy and data security, as well as how to protect the company and a founder’s brand.
