New York City Bar Association | Marketing and Advertising Law: Social and Digital Media after a Year of Transformation

Paavana L. Kumar, Davis+Gilbert Advertising + Marketing associate, will speak during a session entitled “Hot Topics in Influencer Marketing”, at the New York State City Bar Association’s Marketing and Advertising Law webcast held on May 25.

Session Overview

In this program, experts in the field will address the critical issues that arise when offering games and other promotions relevant to today’s marketplace. Topics to be discussed include the laws and rules governing sweepstakes, skill contests and other promotions on the new platforms; compliance with the laws governing real time marketing , NFT’s and intellectual property, influencer marketing; the continued import of the FTC endorsement guides; a wealth of new material on privacy, dark patterns concerns and children’s marketing.
