The CCPA came into force on January 1, 2020 and the last 12 months have seen many developments. The CPRA is coming into force on January 1, 2023 and is a further step forward from the CCPA (including expanding data rights and the creation of the California Privacy Protection Agency).
This session will discuss the material changes and actions related to the CCPA over the last 12 months and the complexities of the CPRA including what the new law says, how it will work, and crucially what do you as a business need to do now?
