On April 21, Davis+Gilbert will host a joint UK+U.S. webinar titled, “GDPR: 2 Years In… What Have We Learned?“ with UK firm Lewis Silkin. Gary Kibel, Davis+Gilbert Privacy + Data Security partner, will be joined by Alexander Milner-Smith and Bryony Long, Co-Heads of the Data & Privacy Group from Lewis Silkin, to discuss updates since GDPR’s enactment and the similarities and differences of the GDPR and the U.S. CCPA.

Session Overview

The European Union’s (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into enforcement on May 25, 2018. This session will explore key findings of GDPR enforcement action over the last 24 months, the regulator focus on cookies and AdTech, the rise in Subject Access Requests (and other Data Subject Rights), and much more.
