Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Webinar | Managing Privacy Compliance Across Jurisdictions

Gary Kibel, Davis+Gilbert Privacy + Data Security partner, will speak on a panel during a webinar titled “Managing Privacy Compliance Across Jurisdictions,” hosted by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) on May 8.

Webinar Overview

It has been two years since the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into enforcement, 3 months since the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) became effective and only a few months until CCPA is enforced by the California Attorney General. This webinar will explore the similarities and differences between CCPA and GDPR, as well as conceptual and practical issues that companies with a global footprint face in reconciling the two laws and finding ways to modify existing practices to comply with new obligations.
