Session Overview

U.S. businesses must understand and comply with new international and domestic data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks around AI for responsible use of AI systems, and build and maintain trust consumers and stakeholders. Recently, we have seen the watershed adoption of the EU AI Act as the world’s first piece of comprehensive legislation regulating AI, and in the U.S., individual states have recently begun enacting various AI laws, with more on the way.
