Davis+Gilbert represented long-time client and leading global real estate firm Tishman Speyer in leasing approximately 800,000 square feet of office space in The Spiral, its planned Hudson Yards District office tower, to tenant Pfizer Inc. (Pfizer), one of the world’s premier biopharmaceutical companies. Pfizer will be relocating its global headquarters to The Spiral, located at 66 Hudson Boulevard, where it will occupy 15 of the tower’s 65 office floors, in addition to certain space on the ground and mezzanine portions of the building.
Davis+Gilbert represented Tishman Speyer in all negotiation aspects of the lease transaction. Real Estate Practice Group Co-Chair Mark Maltz and Partner Glenn Motelson led the team, with Partner Seth Chaikin and Associate Corey Kaplan assisting on closing matters.
