Our Chief Talent + Culture Officer fulfills a mandate to hire, retain and elevate talent while building initiatives that help us all learn and grow.

An active Culture + Opportunity Committee ensures that we walk the walk by coordinating firm-wide events, encouraging the education of all members of the firm, and supporting and actively participating in outreach initiatives that matter to the Davis+Gilbert community.

Practice Makes Perfect

We invest in extensive training for partners, associates and professional staff. Throughout the calendar year, we also educate attorneys and staff with meaningful programs featuring prominent scholars, authors and attorneys on topics relevant to promoting cultural appreciation, civil rights, criminal justice reform and more.
