Angela Romina Totino

Angela Romina Totino hires and supports talented, diverse and inspired attorneys who help create and cultivate a firm culture that is inclusive, entrepreneurial, productive and community-minded. An effective coach and trusted liaison, Angela develops and manages all talent and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for the firm. She builds relationships, processes, communication and awareness to support the firm’s innovative approach to recruiting, retention, training, career advancement, mentoring and pro bono service.

Angela draws on her prior experience as an attorney at the firm to understand the importance of having the right tools and training to succeed. She is a proactive, informed and empathetic partner to attorneys at all levels. Working closely with the Executive Committee and department heads, Angela designs individual development plans and group initiatives that support the unique strengths of each team member and the value they bring to achieving results for clients. 

Angela joined Davis+Gilbert as a corporate associate after working as an associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood and as a foreign associate at a law firm in Santiago, Chile. She studied the cultural and sociological effects of immigration as a Fulbright scholar and received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center as a Global Law Scholar.
