Session Overview

The Dobbs decision removes the federal protection of abortion rights and enables each state to set its own legal requirements regarding abortions. This esteemed panel of experts in the field will discuss the legal implications of Dobbs for both insured and self-funded group health plans, employee benefit plan options and possible design changes, medical travel reimbursements, ERISA preemption issues, and legal compliance.
