Gregg will moderate this conversation discussing employers’ expanded use of non-competes for employees of all levels (even interns!) and the government backlash that has followed against a perceived restraint of people’s opportunities to earn a living. Amidst these new levels of scrutiny, this session will give an update on the state of the law of non-competes while providing advice of who and how employees can be legally covered by non-competes.
