Seth Chaikin, Davis+Gilbert Real Estate partner, will speak during a session titled “What You Should Be Thinking About When Finding and Leasing Retail Space” at a Harvard Business School Startup Studio program to be held in New York on April 27.
In this session, Mr. Chaikin will discuss the most important elements of retail leasing, focusing on issues that can impact your ability to market and sell your product from a brick and mortar site. In addition, he will describe ways to mitigate risks when entering into a long term lease.
