William Quish works with clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and strategic alliances, assisting businesses through transactions ranging from middle-market service-sector deals to complex, cross-border capital markets work. He serves as a primary contact for his clients, drafting governing agreements, leading diligence efforts and facilitating smooth coordination between stakeholders.

He maintains close communication with all parties involved, ensuring a streamlined process and helping clients understand key legal points without getting bogged down in minor details. His hands-on, adaptable approach and clear guidance help minimize risk when challenges arise.
Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Will spent four years as an associate at White & Case, where he worked on large-scale financings and capital markets transactions. Prior to that, he spent two years as a legal assistant at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
