Helen focuses on identifying practical solutions that balance business imperatives with legal risk, whether structuring corporate deals or guiding companies through governance and compliance challenges. She works closely with clients at every stage — from early formation and financing through significant growth milestones and exits.
With deep experience advising companies in sectors such as health care, artificial intelligence, femtech, cannabis, digital media and e-commerce, Helen brings both strategic insight and transactional precision to her practice. She regularly advises clients on their most important needs domestically and internationally. Her collaborative approach and strong understanding of stakeholder interests ensure her clients are well-positioned to move forward confidently at every stage of their journey.
Before she joined Davis+Gilbert, Helen served as a partner at Gunderson Dettmer and Dentons.
