Amy Marcus assists businesses on a wide range of matters in advertising, marketing, and media, including advertising copy review, federal regulatory requirements, enforcement and NAD compliance, and IP issues. She has worked with clients in industries such as beauty and wellness, fashion, technology, and media, gaining valuable insight into diverse business sectors.
With experience in both in-house and private practice settings, Amy approaches her work with a practical and brand-conscious perspective. She understands the fast-moving nature of consumer-facing industries and helps clients identify potential challenges and address them proactively, from the early phases of brand and creative development, through protection and execution.
