Session Overview
This session, led by New York City Bar Association, will join together a panel of distinguished professionals in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) law to offer advice on how attendees can not only break into the field but also succeed. Career progression for experience attorneys will be discussed, as well as in-house opportunities for those with M&A experience. Further, panelists will discuss how M&A is a diverse practice area, touching upon many other areas of law such as antitrust, environmental, employee benefits, tax law and more.
Melanie Campbell (Associate, Corporate + Transactions) will join in conversation with Peter Bariso (Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP), Jermaine Cherry (Kirkland & Ellis) and Sunjay Mathews (Former DAZN General Counsel / Former FanDuel Corporate Counsel). The panel will be moderated by Michael Tenenhaus (Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP) and Keith Dominguez (Brooklyn Law School).
