Despite the hours of fiery rhetoric and condemnation from lawmakers during the January 31 hearing, many are skeptical that Congress will finally act.  Advertising + Marketing partner, Allison Fitzpatrick, was featured in the Law360 article titled, “Social Media Is Now a ‘Product,’ but Forget New Regs in 2024” weighing in with her concerns regarding the recent hearing chastising social media executives with respect to children’s online safety.
