The National Law Journal recognizes professionals who have made an impact in their sector through new types of strategies or innovative court cases.
The feature highlights Mr. Johnston’s legal career and achievements in helping non-traditional players stake their claims in sports and entertainment, such as advising Gillette, Walmart and Procter & Gamble in their entertainment initiatives.

Mr. Johnston discussed advising Drone Racing League to help them build out a model that took “advantage of the technology inherent in the competition itself” in order to form unique partnerships to finance, promote and broadcast sports programming around the world.
