ICCO Webinar: Merger and Acquisition Trends 2021 for PR | The Current State of M&A and its Impact on Public Relations Firms

Brad Schwartzberg, Davis+Gilbert Corporate + Transactions partner and co-chair, will speak during an ICCO webinar, “The Current State of M&A and its Impact on Public Relations Firms” on January 21.

Session Overview

After a virtual halt in merger and acquisition activity as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic, M&A has come roaring back. Pent up demand for quality firms, along with an influx of U.S. stimulus money is likely to see this increase in M&A activity continue. This session will provide attendees with a better understanding of the current M&A environment, as well as what firms and their owners should be doing in order to best capitalize on these opportunities.
