Massimo Giugliano
Partner, Insolvency + Finance and Corporate + Transactions
Massimo has a multidisciplinary practice spanning transactional matters, bankruptcy and litigation, with an emphasis on advising financial institutions and service businesses in all stages of credit cycles and as creditors under the Bankruptcy Code and the Uniform Commercial Code. Massimo is currently engaged in broad mix of matters, including negotiating lending transactions and mortgage loan warehouse financing, advising commercial landlords and other creditors in connection with the recent wave of retail bankruptcy filings, and defending a global bank against claim arising from the issuance of asset backed securities. Massimo received his J.D., cum laude, and LL.M. in Bankruptcy, from St. John’s University School of Law, and his B.S. from Fairfield University.
Daniel A. Dingerson
Senior Attorney, Litigation + Dispute Resolution
Daniel has extensive experience advocating for clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters relating to breaches of contract, fraud, corporate acquisitions, intellectual property disputes and class action defense. Daniel also represents major financial institutions in complex securities and antitrust litigation, advertising agencies in internal and government investigations, and major retailers and product manufacturers concerning claims of false advertising and deceptive marketing practices. Recently, Daniel obtained dismissal of claims concerning a client’s termination of a supplier. He currently represents an online real estate company in litigation to enforce its trademarks. Daniel received his J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles, and his B.A., with High Distinction, from University of Michigan.
