There have been a flurry of laws recently enacted focused on limiting kids and teen social media usage through age requirements and parental consent. Colorado is taking a different approach by proposing that teens receive social media pop-up notifications nudging them to stop scrolling when they’ve been on the platform too long or at certain hours of the day.
