Ronald R. Urbach, Chairman of Davis+Gilbert and Co-Chair of the firm’s Advertising + Marketing Practice Group, will speak during a session titled “Opening Salvos.” This panel will kick off the conference with the panelists discussing the current hot topics and key issues and challenges that today’s advertising landscape presents. Ron and his co-panelists will have just five minutes each to provide tips, practical advice, opinions and strategies.
Mr. Urbach will also speak during a session “Back to the Beginning for the End.” Ron and his co-panelists will discuss key ethics issues that confront lawyers in the advertising and marketing business.
In addition, Joseph Lewczak, Davis+Gilbert Advertising + Marketing Partner, will speak during a session titled “Brands In Crisis: Effectively Managing Legal and Reputation Risk when Something Goes Wrong.” Mr. Lewczak and his co-panelists will discuss some of the biggest potential crises impacting brands and agency partners and ways to effectively manage them, from both a public relations and legal point.
