2021 National HR in Hospitality Conference & Expo | 50 Legal Tips in 50 Minutes, Roundtable: Wage and Hour Class Actions and Lawsuits Are Coming: What Types of Litigation Have Been and Will be Filed?

Gregg Gilman, Davis+Gilbert Labor + Employment co-chair, will speak at three sessions during the 2021 National HR in Hospitality Conference & Expo, taking place in San Diego, CA on September 21-23. Gregg’s sessions are as follows:

  • “50 Legal Tips in 50 Minutes” will focus on practical tips for HR professionals on critical employment and labor law issues.
  • “Roundtable: Wage and Hour Class Actions” will examine the hottest wage and hour issues and being litigated and provide guidance how to comply and thus avoid “bet the company lawsuits.”
  • “Lawsuits Are Coming: What Types of Litigation Have Been and Will be Filed?” will discuss the state of the COVID-19 litigation, the issues the courts need to resolve, how lawyers are viewing their cases, and how management lawyers seek to prevent and defend such suits.
