Glenn E. Motelson is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert. Mr. Motelson has broad experience representing clients in a wide range of real estate matters, such as leasing, dispositions and management of commercial properties.

Mr. Motelson's practice has an emphasis on representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of office space and retail space throughout the United States.  His leasing experience includes leases, subleases, management and leasing agreements, brokerage agreements, surrender agreements, and other related leasing transactions. Mr. Motelson is also experienced in negotiating telecommunications agreements related to commercial properties.

Among other significant work for tenants, Mr. Motelson has represented The Segal Company in office leasing transactions across the United States, and has represented The Boston Consulting Group in office leasing transactions in the New York Metropolitan area.  Mr. Motelson also represents various owners of commercial buildings in all of their leasing needs, including Tishman Speyer, SL Green and Thor Realty.
