Session Overview
This panel will address the variety of challenging and unique issues that involve consideration of gender equity, identity and expression, equal pay, and related issues that are currently impacting workplaces in 2025. After attending this session, participants will be able to:
- Analyze the Administration’s and EEOC’s position regarding the continued application of the Supreme Court’s Bostock precedent
- Assess the scope and impact of the Administration’s Executive Order regarding “Defending Women from Gender Ideology” and other executive orders/actions impacting gender in the workplace
- Consider and apply developments in pay equity litigation, including class actions, as well as state legislative developments
- Discuss the EEOC’s potential actions and/or enforcement strategies surrounding the PWFA and its final regulations
