Zachary Karram uses his extensive experience in New York's state and federal courts towards helping national corporations, small businesses and individuals navigate a variety of real estate and complex commercial litigation matters. He works with numerous commercial real estate industry clients, as well as fashion labels, creative agencies, media entities, retail stores and others who face significant real estate, landlord-tenant and construction disputes.

With a strong focus on finding practical and expeditious solutions, Zachary guides clients through a wide range of lease disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, discovery issues, and settlement negotiations. Before he joined Davis+Gilbert, Zachary practiced as a real estate and commercial litigator with Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. and Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, P.C.
