Overview
Zachary Karram helps individuals, small businesses and national corporations navigate a variety of real estate and commercial litigation matters. His experience in New York state courts supports efficient and cost-effective solutions to complex real estate, landlord-tenant and construction issues. While focusing on clear communications and the development of cogent arguments, Zachary plays many key roles to expedite the resolution of lease and sale disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, access petitions and mechanic’s liens negotiations. Zachary has handled a variety of litigation matters, including beaches of contract, property partitions, intra-business disputes and multiple appeals before the Appellate Division of New York. Before he joined Davis+Gilbert, Zachary practiced as a real estate and commercial litigator with Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. and Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, P.C.
