With over 10 years of e-discovery experience, Robert is adept at handling a wide range of e-discovery matters for businesses ranging from closely held and growing companies to multinational corporations. Whether clients are involved in litigation or arbitration, performing internal investigations, or responding to deadline-driven governmental investigations, he understands e-discovery obligations, anticipates client needs, and adapts quickly when priorities shift. Robert is also fluent in conversational and business French and has assisted clients in French language document review projects.
Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Robert worked as a discovery attorney at De Novo Legal, a trademark consultant at Interbrand and a brand protection specialist at HDMI Licensing Administrator, Inc.
