Overview
Parker Brown advises commercial real estate clients in retail and office leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Taking the time to understand the clients’ goals and concerns, he helps guide transactions from initial structuring through closing, identifying and resolving issues when they arise.
Representing landlords and tenants nationwide, as well as property owners, institutional investors, and companies of all sizes, Parker has experience across asset classes. He assists clients through office and retail leasing negotiations, financings and asset sales. Additionally, he plays a key role in conducting due diligence reviews and identifying issues so he can tailor solutions to meet his client’s priorities.
Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Parker was an associate at Arnold & Porter, where he focused on lender-side financing. There, he worked with funds, financial institutions and nonbank lenders in the origination and restructuring of commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans and advised developers and institutional investors on commercial property acquisitions, development and sales.
