O’Neill Kennedy

O'Neill Kennedy supports public and private companies on complex mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of general corporate matters. She assists buy- and sell-side transactions by coordinating due diligence, drafting transaction and disclosure documents, and helping clients understand potential risks to keep deals moving efficiently from initial review through closing.

With a focus on communication, collaboration and preparation, O’Neill keeps clients and deal teams aligned throughout each transaction phase. She identifies potential obstacles early to help deals progress efficiently and without last-minute complications. She also prepares corporate governance materials, manages deal checklists and timelines, and ensures key workstreams stay organized.

Before joining Davis+Gilbert, O'Neill was an associate at Milbank, where she represented public companies and private equity sponsors in M&A transactions and advised on corporate governance and securities matters.
