O’Neill Kennedy is an associate in the Corporate + Transactions Practice Group at Davis+Gilbert. She supports businesses in complex mergers and acquisitions, financings and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Davis+Gilbert, O’Neill was an associate at Milbank, where she represented clients across industries in public and private equity mergers and acquisitions on both buy- and sell-side transactions.
