Overview
Nicole Zatserkovniy works with lenders, financial institutions, creditors, and businesses across a wide range of industries, assisting with complex bankruptcy, litigation, and transactional matters. Detail-oriented and efficient, she ensures that matters are handled meticulously and promptly.
Nicole represents clients in both litigation and transactional matters, enabling her to approach legal challenges from various perspectives with a comprehensive and nuanced understanding. A key part of her role involves assisting clients in significant adversary proceedings.
Prior to joining Davis+Gilbert, Nicole clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut and in private practice, supporting clients on various commercial litigation matters, including creditors rights, contract disputes and shareholder rights. Nicole is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
