Michael Salvato draws on 30 years of information technology (IT) experience to structure technology solutions that advance the firm’s business technology needs while maintaining the security of client data. He ensures the firm’s hardware and software platforms support a secure, efficient and productive environment in which legal teams can deliver an exceptional work product.
Michael guides highly motivated teams focused on delivering faster processing speeds, improved data storage and seamless information distribution. Working collaboratively with the firm’s clients and attorneys, he is directly responsible for the IT department’s objectives, strategies and project plans, and he manages the firm’s technology-related expenditures. Michael balances the firm’s goals and objectives while ensuring all IT team members thrive in a supportive, positive work environment.
During his IT career, Michael has spent more than 20 years in the legal vertical, including leadership roles at Dewey Ballantine and Cooley prior to joining Davis+Gilbert.
