Luke Dechiario

Luke Dechiario helps businesses of all sizes structure and close transactions that are critical to their success. He assists across all stages of a deal — from early planning through signing, closing and post‑closing — contributing to due diligence efforts, drafting a wide range of transaction documents, identifying key issues and helping clients assess and mitigate risk.

Luke has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including public and private companies as well as private equity funds. With strong interpersonal skills and a focus on efficiency, he creates processes that help clients solve problems and meet challenging deadlines. He works to understand each client’s priorities and tailors his approach and communication style to support informed decision‑making throughout the transaction.

Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Luke was a transactional associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he handled domestic and cross-border transactions.
