Joseph Tesoriero

Joe Tesoriero is a certified public accountant (CPA) with 30 years of experience helping organizations maintain and improve their financial stability and transparency. His knowledge of unique law firm financial and operational structures is a valuable asset to firm management and attorneys who rely on his tools and resources to help grow successful client relationships.

In his role, Joe oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial functions and processes, from financial reporting to taxation, treasury and cash flow management, escrow administration, and payroll functions. He regularly collaborates with the firm’s Executive Committee, chief operating partner and practice leaders on financial strategy and business planning. In addition, he works closely with the firm’s attorneys in developing resources to continue strengthening productivity and efficiency that enhance client relationships.

Prior to joining Davis+Gilbert, Joe held financial roles at large New York law firms including Kasowitz Benson Torres, Cooley, Pennie & Edmonds and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel. Earlier, he practiced as a CPA at large public accounting firms.
