JP supports clients throughout the deal, providing pivotal structuring and diligence analysis, distilling key concepts into plain language, and crafting precise legal drafting to advance client objectives. He also values efficient management of various workstreams between the client, their counterparties, and opposing counsel to steer transactions toward a smooth conclusion.
JP’s proactive, collaborative approach helps clients maximize deal value. He prioritizes understanding the “why” behind each request from a client and their counterparty to evaluate options to make the best deal.
