He also values efficient management of various workstreams between the client, their counterparties, and opposing counsel to steer transactions toward a smooth conclusion.

Before joining Davis+Gilbert, JP was an associate at Proskauer Rose representing private credit lenders and traditional banks in financing borrower companies across various industries.
