Overview
Ethan Kamer is a corporate attorney focused on helping clients navigate risk while pursuing their transactional and business goals. With his support and diligence, clients gain a clearer understanding of business opportunities and identify efficient transaction structures that result in productive partnerships between owners and managers.
In every matter, Ethan focuses on understanding our client’s business objectives at the company and industry level. He adds value with a collaborative approach that maximizes the assets and knowledge of the team to achieve results. Ethan frequently assists in drafting core transaction documents, as well as employment agreements and operating agreements, and manages the due diligence process.
Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Ethan was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he gained significant transactional experience helping private equity clients with major transactions at various stages of their portfolio companies’ lifecycles through to exit.
Ethan also held an internship with the Hon. Joan A. Madden, Supreme Court of the State of New York, worked in real estate sales and operations and completed a documentary film production internship with Ken Burns.
