Eleni Venetos assists clients at every phase of the real estate life cycle, from managing leases, to purchasing properties and obtaining financing, to resolving disputes. Practical and efficient, she works to overcome hurdles and move deals to closing.

Eleni advises landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing, and property owners, developers, and companies in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. She drafts and negotiates complex legal documents including leases, operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and financing-related contracts. She also plays an integral role in conducting due diligence reviews and identifying key issues. Highly organized, collaborative and attentive, Eleni learns her client’s business priorities at the outset of each deal so she can offer strategies tailored to the desired outcome.

Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Eleni was an associate at Vinson & Elkins, where she focused on real estate and general business transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, borrower-side financings and joint ventures.
