Delfina Corti Maderna

Delfina Corti Maderna assists property owners, developers, real estate investment firms and REITs with retail and office leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and borrower-side financing. Drawing on her experience across different types of real estate transactions, she identifies potential risks early and helps clients and deal teams address issues efficiently. Delfina reviews and drafts lease documents and supports transactions through careful analysis of title, survey, zoning and other due diligence materials.

Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Delfina was an associate at Proskauer Rose, where she focused primarily on real estate acquisitions and dispositions and borrower-side financings. She assisted with drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, prepared closing documents, reviewed title, survey and zoning materials, and drafted organizational and ancillary loan documents.
