Daune draws on more than 30 years of HR experience to develop and implement critical firm policies. She facilitates and develops all HR programs and policies for performance management, health wellness programs and staff compensation.
Excellent verbal skills and the ability to listen allow Daune to adapt to fluid situations and gain valuable insight throughout the employment life cycle, from processing new hires and onboarding to leaves of absence, staff exit interviews and departures. She ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and provides coaching and mentorship to business service departments.
