She works tirelessly to secure favorable outcomes for her clients, whether it’s by uncovering key evidence or developing winning legal arguments.
Dana has worked with clients across various industries, including Fortune 100 financial institutions, technology companies, retailers and educational organizations. She conducts research, drafts memoranda of law, handles all aspects of discovery, and prepares for trial, utilizing creative solutions to efficiently and cost-effectively problem solve. Detail-oriented and analytical, Dana has a knack for identifying key issues and framing them clearly for courts. She also advises clients on how to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Dana was a litigation associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she worked on a wide variety of commercial disputes and government investigations. She also represented pro bono clients in civil rights actions.
