Benjamin represents the interests of buyers and sellers, controlling and minority partners, and debt and equity issuers and recipients. His background in executive compensation and corporate work, along with his experience in corporate taxation, helps him see options and pitfalls that others may miss.
Before joining Davis+Gilbert, Benjamin was an executive compensation and employee benefits associate at Paul Weiss. He was also a tax associate at White & Case, where he focused on international investments and financial products.

Acted for a global leader in marketing communications in its acquisition of a pharmaceutical and biotech consulting company focused on product distribution and patient access strategies. Negotiated and drafted operating documents for ongoing equity stake by founders.
